On Friday of last week I put together this Thanksgiving turkey craft. It is a turkey made from triangles because that is the shape we are learning about this month!
They turned out so cute!
The kids worked on two pages from their workbooks...
The weather was beautiful so we waited outside for a while to see if we could stop the garbage truck driver! Luckily my food-program consultant came at this exact time so she could take a group photo of all of us! I am bummed that we were missing one child on this day! The kids watched as the driver dumped the trash, and then each child got to get up in the driver seat for a bit!!!!
I set up a car wash in our sensory table!!!
In the afternoon I took out Floam! The kids love this stuff!
While everyone was at the table playing Floam, this sweetie wasn't interested. I caught her sorting bears in our math center. When I asked her what she was doing, she actually replied with, "I'm sorting!" WOW!!!!
