Our next Mother Goose (MGT) lesson was all about beavers!
Circle time song, "Have You Seen the Beaver?" (Sung to the tune of "Do You Know the Muffin Man?")
MGT provided us with new magnifying glasses to go along with our monthly theme poster. The kids described where each picture was located on the poster by saying directional words: above, beside, between, etc.
The kids also answered the discussion questions on the back...
I always appreciate when the MGT discussion prompts/questions get the kids out of their spots and moving!
MGT provided us with these supplies to make a beaver puppet!
The kids LOVED playing with them all afternoon!
K decided she wanted to add hair and a dress to her beaver - impressive!

On this day the kids also made their craft for Mother's Day! MGT provided us with a whole packet FULL of activity ideas, songs, book suggestions, party ideas, story telling pieces, etc.! I could not be more appreciative!!!!
