Safari Safety...

On Friday of last week our Mother Goose lesson was all about safari safety.  I didn't blog the entire day being that it was Friday.  We went outside again!  We were 5 for 5 last week!  I knew the upcoming week would be negative degree weather, so we took advantage while we could!
The kids started the day with a math activity in their math workbook...

... a rhyming activity from their literacy workbook,

...and a writing activity of our monthly sight words!

Mother Goose provided us with the following fun supplies to make a pair of binoculars!

Mother Goose also provided us with this animal spinner...
The kids gathered together with their binoculars and spun the spinner.  They shared how they would feel if they saw that animal in real life.
Lastly, the kids painted a paper plate brown.  Check out next week's posts to see what these will be used for!
