On Wednesday of last week our Mother Goose lesson was all about the letter I!
Working in our math and literacy workbooks...
We learned that an ibis sucks up it food through its beak, similar to the action we use with a straw. We mimicked an ibis eating its favorite foods with this Mother Goose Time activity using a straw!
The kids completed the sentence, "The ibis has..." in their journals...
